Admissions privacy notice.

Course inquiries store your name, email, optional phone number and message, selected course, and the time of consent. Applications also store your intake selection, phone number, education level, optional learning goals, and any supporting documents you provide.

Why we ask

The admissions team uses these details to respond to inquiries, review applications, request documents, and communicate decisions. Enrolled students have a student number, course fee, and payment records. Applying does not take a payment or subscribe you to marketing.

Your applicant portal

Sign-in links are sent to your email, expire after 30 minutes, and can be used once. The portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. It shows your application progress, documents, messages, enrollment, and receipts. Keep your sign-in links private and sign out on shared devices.

Documents and access

Documents are stored privately and are available only through authenticated downloads for the applicant and authorized admissions staff. Share only what is relevant to your application. Website editors cannot access applicant records. Private staff notes do not appear in your portal.

This is a development preview. Please use fictional details and sample documents. Records are stored locally; local application emails are written to Laravel’s log instead of delivered. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request needed to provide those fonts.

The college’s verified contact details, data retention period, document handling policies, and process for access or deletion requests will be published here before real applicant information is collected.
